Usage:
• Used to connect flexibility attribution to metal and other material when sulfur condition occurs at the same time.
• Additionally, Megum 3270 can use independently to stick rubber such as Nitric and chloride rubber with metal materials and other plastic substance.
Using method:
• Manual adhesive pasting method: do not dilute, drying time is 30 minutes at 20°C, please, pay attention to blend carefully before and during the using.
• Air jetting method :
+) Use diluted substance of Xylem, Methylethylketon (MEK), Methylisobutyketon (MIBK).
+) Diluting proportion: 1 part of Megum substance 3270 + 0,3 diluting substance
+) Viscosity after the dilution: 5-30 map’s
+) Drying time: 15 minutes at 20°C.
+) Spray gun: Pilot III, or Walther
+) Spray injector: 1.0 mm.
+) Spray pressure: 3-4 bar
+) Blend carefully before using.
